    You have watched the demos and read the recipes but want more. We can set up an in home cooking class at your residence or a local kitchen if you are in the San Francisco Bay area. We can use the dishes that you have seen in previous episodes or custom make a menu for you. Each student will receive a recipe booklet at the beginning of class.

I started this website to begin sharing my culinary knowledge with as many people as possible.  With over 15 years of restaurant experience and 10 years teaching full time I have seen a lot.  Some of these skills that I show may be a little difficult for the beginner.  Some of them took me an extremely long time to Master myself so hang in there with some hard work you will get them too.  If you still have problems feel free to send me an email.  I will try to answer your questions as soon as possible.  I am still teaching full time so it may take a few days for me to respond.  This is the type of site I wish I had coming up in the field.  You will be able to watch the demos, follow the recipes and interact with me through   e mail giving you a fully interactive experience.  I also would love to hear your feedback and what you would like to see in future shows.  Check back often for new episodes.  Thanks again for visiting my site now let’s get Cooking!
