Noodle Demo Tony Wu Martin Yan from Tomm Johnson on Vimeo.
Last year I attended a noodle pulling demonstration that features Tony Wu at Martin Yans Restaurant in Sunnyvale, Ca. I had the chance to get up there and try it out. If you listen closely you can hear my daughter in the background cheering me on.

Hello Everyone,
I was on CBS 5 Bay Sunday on May 2, 2010. This time I made a really quick panini. I should say quick to prepare but long in preparation. I made the smoked mozzarella, chips, foccacia and a few other items right before the show. I hope you enjoy the show. Here is the link so you can check it out. http://cbs5.com/baysunday/Chef.Tomm.Bay.2.1657081.html

I had about 3 to 4 minutes to prepare a dish with out cooking so I chose papaya salad. The CBS 5 staff was really great! Akliah, Dee Dee took care of us all the way through. Shaggy, my assistant did a great job as usual. It was alot of fun talking with the shows host Sue Kwon. I am hoping that we get a chance to do the show again soon.
