Servings

12 piece

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 12 piece Chicken legs

Directions

Place the garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger in a large bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Add in the chicken legs and make sure they are all generously covered with the sauce. Let marinate overnight or for at least three hours. Cover your baking pan with aluminum foil, this will help with clean up later. Arrange the chicken legs on the pan so they aren’t touching then put them in a 425 degree preheated oven. Cook for 15 minutes then flip the chicken over and cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is done. Remove from oven and let rest for about five minutes. Serve with sticky rice and sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!
