CBS 5 Bay Sunday

Hello Everyone,

I was on CBS 5 Bay Sunday today, you can watch the whole show below. Also, here is the link from the CBS’ website:

I had about 3 to 4 minutes to prepare a dish with out cooking so I chose papaya salad. The CBS 5 staff was really great! Akliah, Dee Dee took care of us all the way through. Shaggy, my assistant did a great job as usual. It was alot of fun talking with the shows host Sue Kwon. I am hoping that we get a chance to do the show again soon.

   Chef Tomm, I am doing GCSE Food and i was wondering where abouts have you trained.
   I am realy interested in food makeing and i have a dream of owning my own resteraunt. What tips can you give me for cooking?

   Hello Amy, Thanks for writing. What is GCSE Food? I trained in Europe for six years, Mexico and Thailand. I am originally an east coast gut but now I am in the San Francisco Bay area. Advice: Work hard and go after your goals!

   GCSE stands for General Certificate of Secondary Education

   It is an exam taken by students during the later years of secondary school usually. Sounds like she is taking a food course.
