Fresh Mozzarella


I have just posted my newest show on how to make fresh mozzarella. In this show I talk about different kinds of milk to use and the pitfalls of using them. I also talk about the ingredients and equipment needed. If you have always thought about making cheese and never thought you could, watch the show and try the recipe. I’m sure you will come out with great results. Once you are done making the cheese you will be able to make it into one of my favorite salads, Caprese.

    The mozzarella is pretty fun to make. You should really use raw milk when you try it. The caprese is one of my favorite salads! It is easy and delicious!
