This meal will start a demonstration of hand pulled noodles that can be made into a quick soup or stir fry.

Sushi 101
In this class we will go over the basics of making sushi.  We will cover several rolling techniques and talk about make several types of sushi.

Pizza Party
I have a wide expertise in this area.  We will go over everything you need to make restaurant style pizzas in your own home.  Some of the class favorites are shrimp scampi and the stuffed meat pizza but that is onlky a small selection of what we can actually make.  The class starts out with making the dough and moves on to topping from the mild to the wild nothing is off limits on the pizza!

Fresh Pasta
In this class I will teach you the same techniques I learned while working throughout Italy.
We will cover various shapes, sizes and stuff the pasta to make your favorite ravioli.
Then we will make various sauces to match them.
